How did mush come into our world?

It all began in 2020, Mush was walking through his favorite forest, he just wanted to get away as much as mushroomly possible. He observed a green light blinking at him and simply followed it. A weird smell began to attract him more and more, leading him to regions he had never seen before. Far away, he noticed a figure standing and staring at a large, bright orange ball in the sky. He felt warmer as he moved closer, she noticed him and began to stare at him. She stood there, unsure of what was going on, shrugging her shoulders as she looked around and urged him to look at the strange-looking globe with her. Mush's attention was drawn to her hand as they were standing there. It was without a doubt the same smell and their story began.
